Dissolve the yeast in a bowl with hot water and sugar. In a separate dish beat the eggs. Have 1 tablespoon of it separated and combined with 1 tablespoon of yogurt. The tray, in which you will bake the pie is dabbed lightly with oil and very well mixed with the egg and milk mixture.
Arrange the sheets is twos, slightly creased and sprinkle them with cheese. Alternate 2 sheets, cheese and so on until you run out of sheets. The oil is heated, the pastry is cut into squares with a sharp knife and hot oil is poured within the cuts. Dissolved yeast is added to the egg mixture and beaten enough to mix and be poured on the sheets. Leave it for 5-6 minutes to soak. The butter is cut into small pieces, which are spread over the cake, then the pan is left for 15 minutes in a warm or mild heat of about 116.6°F (47 °C) in the oven.
Bake at 356°F (180 °C) for 35-40 minutes or until the pie turns a golden brown color. Once removed from the oven, it is sprayed lightly with water, wrapped with a towel and turned for 20 minutes on two deep saucers.
This becomes very fluffy and soft, and very tasty. Try it! Enjoy your meal!
