Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • wine - 1 cup
  • butter - 3 tbsp
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • nutmeg - to taste
  • salt
  • black pepper - ground

How to cook

Clean and slice the mushrooms into pieces. Put them to boil until they become soft and drain them. Heat the butter in a skillet and fry the flour in it. Add wine and stir continuously.

Pour the mushrooms in and season them with spices. If necessary, add a little hot water. Use the sauce as a garnish to steaks, chicken or veal.
