"We`ve found the ideal beer appetizer. We`re gonna start peeling the potatoes, you go get the beer!"

Ingredients

  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • bread - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • garlic - 3 cloves, crushed
  • savory - 1 tsp
  • dry parsley - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 for crumbing
  • flour - for rolling
  • breadcrumbs - for rolling

How to cook

Cleaned potatoes are peeled and grated. The bread is soaked in water, drained, and gently mixed with the potatoes and spices.

From the resulting mixture, make small oblong meatballs, which you roll in flour, egg and bread crumbs and fry in hot oil.
