"A tasty homemade cake with a chocolate topping that melts in your mouth"

Ingredients

  • for the dough
  • flour - 2 2/3 cups (625 g)
  • yogurt - 1 1/4 cup
  • baking soda - 1 1/4 tsp
  • sugar - 1 1/4 cups
  • oil - 2/3 cup
  • cinnamon - 1 1/4 tsp
  • for the topping
  • water - 1/5 cup (62 ml)
  • powdered sugar - 1 1/4 cups
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • cocoa - 1 1/4 tsp

How to cook

Mix the yoghurt with the baking soda. Gradually add the sugar and other ingredients to the dough while stirring constantly. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake in a preheated 370°F (185 °C) oven.

Allow to cool, cut it into pieces and pour the hot topping on. To make the topping, mix all the ingredients for it and simmer for 3 minutes.
