Mix the baking soda into the yogurt. After it becomes effervescent, add the citric acid, salt, eggs, and yeast. Knead the flour gradually into soft dough, divide it up into 30 balls. Allow them to rise.
In the middle of each ball, place a Turkish delight piece and cover. Fry the donuts in preheated oil until golden.
Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
