How to cook
Cut the chicken into pieces, season it with salt and pepper and fry it in oil. Once it changes color, add chopped into crescents onion, and cut into rings carrots and sauté until soft. Add the wine and wait for it to evaporate a bit, while stirring.
Pour sugar in and caramelize slightly. Cut the peppers into strips. Spread the onion and chicken in a clay pot in which you have previously put a piece of cheese. Add the peppers on top and stir gently.
Sprinkle with pepper and salt, cover and set it to bake for 20 minutes in a moderately preheated oven.
