Ingredients

  • dock - 2 bunches
  • onions - 1 bunch fresh
  • rice - 1 cup
  • oil - 5 tbsp
  • water - 1 cup
  • parsley - fresh sprigs
  • mint - to taste
  • paprika
  • salt - to taste

How to cook

Clean and wash the dock. Chop the green onions and fry them in preheated oil. Once slightly softened, add the paprika, and pre-chopped dock. Mix with the rice and water.

Let the dish boil over low heat and then season with salt, parsley and mint. Optionally, you can pour it in a pan and brown it.
