Eggs, yogurt and flour are mixed with crumbled cheese. Of the other products, mix dough and make a well in the sifted flour. The dough is left to rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place.
Roll several sheets with a thickness of about 1/2″ (1 cm), with each crust being brushed with melted butter and completely stuffed with eggs and cheese.
Roll them up and cut 1 1/2″ (4 cm) thick individual buns that are arranged in a large, well-greased pan at a small distance from one another. Leave it to rise again and brush it with the beaten egg.
They are placed to bake in a preheated oven.
