To prepare the mixture, first combine the eggs and feta cheese and whisk until the feta cheese breaks into tiny pieces. Optionally, you can leave them coarser. Add the yogurt and whisk again.
Add the oil - spoon by spoon. If you want, you can oil the phyllo pastry sheets instead of the mixture itself!
Put 1 phyllo pastry sheet in a greased baking dish, then spread the mixture over the entire width of the phyllo pastry sheet, place another phyllo pastry sheet and repeat until done. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 365°F (185 °C) until ready.
On top, you can smear an egg if desired.
