Ingredients

  • lentils - 9 oz (250 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • chillies - 1 green
  • red peppers - 1 small
  • salt
  • flour
  • corn meal
  • black pepper
  • paprika - 1 pinch

Preparation

Boil the lentils well in salted water. Drain them and grind them with a meat machine or other device. Mix the puree with the eggs, salt, pepper and paprika, 1 red pepper and chopped small hot green pepper.

Add the flour in a quantity enough to get a thick mixture, mix and form patties with greased hands. Add some corn meal and fry in preheated oil.
