Form small balls out of the dough and roll them out into oval shapes for frying. Mix the eggs with crumbled feta cheese, and if desired, add a little more feta cheese to obtain a firm mixture. Season these with nutmeg and put a little stuffing into each cake.
Fold them in half and pinch the edges together, to prevent the stuffing from leaking out. Fry them in very hot oil on both sides. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
