Ingredients

  • eggs - 1
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • lemon juice - 1 - 2 tbsp
  • leeks - a walnut - size piece
  • mustard - 1 tbsp
  • horseradish - 1 tsp grated
  • worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • celery - 1 - 2 leaves
  • garlic - 1/4 tsp granulated
  • salt
  • white pepper

Preparation

Put all the products for the Creole sauce in a blender and blend them until you get a homogeneous mixture.
