Brush the chicken with mustard, honey, soya sauce and allow to flavor for about 30 minutes. Beat the eggs, crush the cornflakes. Dip each chicken fillet first in egg, then in breadcrumbs, egg again and finally cornflakes.
Gently squeeze the pieces with your hands in order to tighten the cornflakes. Fry the chicken in hot oil until they get an appetizing tan. Serve with sauce made from the mixed together mayonnaise, yogurt, pepper, salt and garlic powder.
