Ingredients

  • chicken fillet - 14 oz (400 g)
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • soya sauce - 2 tbsp
  • egg spaghetti - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • ginger - 1 tbsp
  • onion - 1 bunch
  • spinach - 7 oz (200 g)
  • carrots - 1 - 2.
  • coconut milk - 1 cup
  • cherry tomatoes - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to cook

Spaghetti is put to boil in salted water for 4 minutes, then drain it. The meat is cut into thin strips, mixed with soya sauce and fried in hot oil for 5-6 minutes until it becomes golden.

Add the garlic, cut into strips carrots, onions, spinach, and chopped ginger. After 3 minutes, pour the milk in. Add the tomatoes, cut in fours. Once everything simmers for 2 minutes, mix it with pasta and serve.
