In a dish, beat the eggs, flour and salt. Add the milk and 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g) melted butter. This mixture is enough to fry 12 pancakes. To make a filling: grate the onion and fry it. Add the minced meat. Season the mixture with salt, grated tomato, garlic cloves, peppercorns, paprika and bay leaf.
Add some water. Boil the meat until it's left in just oil. Arrange the pancakes in a large plate and between them, put filling - alternating pancakes with the filling. Finish off with a pancake.
Pour the melted butter on and sprinkle with grated cheese. Before you serve, bake briefly in the oven.
