Ingredients

  • cottage cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • lemon peel
  • oil
  • sour cream

Preparation

Mix the cottage cheese well with the eggs, sugar, flour and grated lemon rind. Make a dough. Tear off small bits as large as your hand.

Fry the pitas in highly heated oil. While still hot, pour the sour cream on and serve immediately.
