Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces, salt and rub them with white and black pepper. Heat a little oil and fry them just to change color.
Remove the chicken and in the same oil fry the cut into crescents onion and the mushrooms, cut into slices. Once softened, return the chicken and add the broccoli florets. Stir and when they are braised, top with the cream and milk.
Stir and once the sauce is reduced, remove it from the heat. Season with salt and a little black and white pepper if needed. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
