How to cook

Grate the carrots, potatoes and onions, add the washed lentils, oil, water, salt and pour everything into a pot and bring it to a boil.

Once the lentils are tender, add the chutney, spices and garlic. Wait a few minutes and remove the pot from the heat and mash everything together.

When serving, you can sprinkle it with parsley.
