Cut the pork into pieces and put it to fry in a little oil evenly. Then add the chopped onion and carrot, and when slightly soft - add chopped mushrooms, celery, 2 cups hot water and grated tomatoes. Add the peeled and chopped potatoes.
Once the mushrooms are tender, season them with spices. Before removing the dish from the heat, thicken it with flour, diluted with a little water.
Serve sprinkled with parsley. Optionally, you can roast the pork in a deep tray on medium heat.
