How to cook
In bowl, mix the mustard, honey, soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of oil. Rub the steaks well with pepper, salt and dried thyme. Using a brush, brush it thoroughly with honey sauce and put them in a container with a lid for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Pour all the marinade in the bowl if you have any left after lubrication. Then preheat the oven, arrange the chops in a greased pan and bake them until tender over medium heat.
