Ingredients

  • pork steaks - 4.
  • mushrooms - 1 handful of dried porcini mushrooms
  • processed cheese - 8 triangles with herbs
  • butter - 1/5 cup (70 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • wine - 1 cup

Preparation

Rub pork chops with salt, pepper and spices in choices that are suitable for pork. Soak porcini in water to restore their volume.

Drain and cut the mushrooms into large pieces. In a large crock with buttered bottom are arranged a line of steak, then mushrooms, the melted cheese is layered on top.

Top with crumbled butter and then pour the wine in and put it to bake.
