Boil the chicken in salted water and cut it. Wash the vegetables.
Fry the diced onions and carrots until they soften, add the peppers, the peeled and sliced potatoes and allow them to steam while the potatoes soften.
Add the sliced tomato pieces and season with the spices. Distribute the vegetables and chicken in pots - 3 portions.
Let them bake with the lids on for 20 minutes. Then, remove the lids and add 1 egg in each pot. Bake for another 3-4 minutes.
