Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • cream - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • black pepper
  • nutmeg - 2 pinches
  • parsley - 1 tsp, dried

How to cook

Wash and cut the mushrooms into pieces. Heat up the oil and fry them.

Pour in the cream while stirring and season with the spices.

Boil the sauce for around 10 minutes or until it thickens, while stirring slowly.

Serve the ready sauce with steaks, schnitzels.
