Ingredients

  • parsley - 5 bunches
  • eggs - 5
  • flour - 5 tbsp
  • cheese - 4.5 oz (125 g)
  • oil - 2 1/2 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • bread crumbs - to roll in

How to cook

The parsley is diced very finely and is then mixed with the beaten eggs, shredded cheese, flour, oil, black pepper and salt.

Mix everything until it becomes homogenized. In a pan spread with baking paper, distribute the mixture - shape the meatballs using a spoon and roll them carefully in bread crumbs.

The parsley meatballs are baked in a moderate oven until they're ready.
