  • eggs - 3 large
  • oats - 4 tablespoons (40 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch, Himalayan
  • yogurt - 6 tablespoons
  • water - 3 tablespoons, or use powdered dry milk dissolved in water
  • oil - oil or olive oil to grease the pan
  • for the filling
  • cottage cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • carrots - 1 large, boiled
  • curry - to taste
  • salt
  • black pepper


Grind the oats in a grinder. Beat the eggs and add the oats, salt, yogurt, and after beating well, add the water and mix again.

Preheat the frying pan and grease it. Bake pancakes in the usual way, turning them over carefully, while using your hands to help you.
