Grease a tray. Tenderize the steaks and sprinkle them with ground black pepper and salt. Grease the pan.
The boiled mushrooms are cut into slices. In a tray, line up the products in the following order: steak, mushrooms, melted cheese. Add beer in the tray and seal it with foil.
Steaks with beer and cream cheese are baked for 2 hours, at 392°F (200 °C).
