Marinade for Grilled Vegetables

- olive oil - 1 cup, or oil
- vinegar - 1 cup, balsamic, or apple cider
- mustard - 2 tablespoons, delicacy
- soy sauce - 1 cup
- garlic - 1 clove crushed
- basil - dry
- dill - 1/2 chopped bunch
- black pepper
Add the dried spices, dill and garlic. Soak the chopped vegetables in this marinade and leave them in it for at least 1 hour in a cool area.
Drain them a little bit before you throw them on the grill.
