How to cook
Rub the cleaned sea bass with spices inside and out. In its stomach, put lemon slices and rosemary sprigs. In a tray, on one side, spread the peeled and cut into circles potatoes, the fish in the middle and tomato rings on the other side.
Pour olive oil and white wine in and sprinkle it with salt and black pepper. Cover the tray with foil, make a few holes with a needle and put it to bake in a moderately hot oven for 40 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake to a slight tan.
