In a pot, pour 12 1/2 cups (3 liters) of cold, lightly salted water. Let it boil and add two packages of macaroni. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil in. Then rinse the pasta with cold water and drain it.
Arrange it on the bottom of a baking dish. Make the sauce from the chopped parsley, soy sauce to taste, blended garlic, sugar, mustard, tomato juice, chopped pickles. Add thawed or fresh mince to the other products. Leave the mixture to stew until done. Pour it over the macaroni.
Grate the cheese on top and bake it in the oven at a temperature of about 392°F (200 °C) for 45 minutes. Serve immediately with a glass of Rose or Merlot.
