How to cook
Heat the oil in a pot and fry the chopped onions and flour. Once the flour is lightly fried, add paprika, cleaned beans, chopped if necessary, and finely chopped tomatoes and garlic.
Top up the pot with about 6 1/5 cups (1.5 liters) of warm water and salt to taste. Let boil on a medium heat on the stove until the beans soften.
Finally, remove it from the heat and sprinkle it with black pepper and chopped parsley.
