  • chicken fillet - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • leeks - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • mushrooms - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • vegetables - 1 package frozen mix
  • oil - 1 cup
  • sour cream - 1 package


Cut the chicken into medium thin strips. Heat the oil in a pan and put the meat to stew. In a separate bowl, chop the mushrooms and leeks into pieces, then add to the meat in the pan.

Top up immediately with a little water and let it boil until the liquid has evaporated. Add the vegetable mix, then after 1 minute - add the cream.

The dish is ready when you get a sauce.

Chicken with vegetables and sour cream are served with salads. The dish is even more delicious with croutons.
