Cut the chicken into medium thin strips. Heat the oil in a pan and put the meat to stew. In a separate bowl, chop the mushrooms and leeks into pieces, then add to the meat in the pan.
Top up immediately with a little water and let it boil until the liquid has evaporated. Add the vegetable mix, then after 1 minute - add the cream.
The dish is ready when you get a sauce.
