How to cook
Knead the minced meat with salt, pepper, herbs and rice. Shape balls that you can roll lightly in flour. Cut the carrots and potatoes and bring them to a boil in 6 1/5 cups (1.5 liters) of water. When the water boils, add the balls.
Add salt to taste, sprinkle it with black pepper. 10 minutes before removing the soup from the heat, add the noodles. Stir and allow the soup to boil until finished.
Then, cool it slightly and complete it with the beaten eggs with milk and vinegar. Serve the soup sprinkled with parsley.
