How to cook
Beat the lemon juice, wine, garlic powder, olive oil (1/2 tbsp), salt and sesame flour together until they become a homogeneous mixture. Marinate the salmon for two hours in it the fridge.
Remove it from the marinade, drain and bake it in a pan without oil. Tear the 2 lettuce leaves into coarse pieces. Mix with purple basil and sprouts of red radishes.
Season it with salt, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well. Serve the baked salmon warm, garnished with the exotic salad.
