Fry the livers for 2-3 minutes in hot oil, you can pre-roll them in flour. Set aside on a plate. In the same pan, fry the bacon (you can do without it, but it adds flavor to the dish), then add sliced mushrooms.
Fry for 2-3 minutes and add the honey and soya sauce. Pour the cream in and stir it for a minute or two. Add the livers, let the sauce boil a bit and then turn off the heat. Flavor it with salt and pepper.
Leave it for at least 10-15 minutes to absorb all the flavors. You can sprinkle the dish with parsley.
