  • cake layers - 3 ready - made
  • cream cheese - 4 packs (1/2 cup (125 g))
  • sour cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • confectionery cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • powdered sugar - 4/5 cup (175 g)
  • vanilla - essence drops
  • milk - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • syrup - 2/5 cup (100 ml) of apricot or other fruits, thick and sweet
  • cookies - walnut, for decoration

How to cook

With a mixer, mix the cream cheese with the other 2 creams and sugar simultaneously until you get a fluffy cream. Add a few drops of vanilla essence.

Combine the milk with the syrup and soak the first layer. Be careful not to overdo it with the syrup - the layers must be only slightly moist. On top of the moistened layer, smear cream and then repeat this with the other layers.

Top the cake with plenty of cream. Crumble the walnut cookies. It is best to crush them in a food processor along with the remaining syrup. Lightly grease a paper towel and with a spatula spread the cookie mixture on it. Try to make it in the form of the cake.

Flip the paper tower quickly over the cake and let the cookies come off of it. Press them down gently to the surface of the cake. Allow to stand for 2 hours in a refrigerator.
