Roasted Bell Peppers with Carrots and Garlic

  • bell peppers
  • carrots
  • garlic
  • salt - 1/2 tsp for each pepper
  • sugar - 1 tsp for each pepper
  • oil - 1 tsp for each pepper
  • vinegar - 1 tsp for each pepper


Remove the stems and seeds from each pepper. In each bell pepper, put salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, 1 round carrot slice and a garlic clove.

Arrange them in a baking dish and bake in the oven till softened and you can peel off the skins.

Remove from the oven and once cool, arrange them in containers or bags and put them in the freezer.find similar recipes here
