All the vegetables are cut into shapes that the chef chooses. Pour them into a pan previously greased with olive oil (or in an oven pot with a lid). Mix well with all the spices, and on the top, arrange sliced chicken breasts. They are coated with the universal spice for chicken.
When everything is ready, add a little olive oil, put foil on and bake at 374°F (190 °C) in a warm oven. If the food is in an oven dish with a lid, put the lid on and cook it the same way.
Then remove the foil / lid and bake to full readiness of the potatoes and chicken.
