Make a sugar syrup from the sugar and water (boil them for 10 min). With a spoon, spread the syrup on the layers. Then use the milk, starch and 10 tablespoons of sugar to make a runny cream.
Crush the hazelnuts or grind them, and grate or cut the chocolate. Begin to form the cake - place a layer, top with cream, hazelnuts and chocolate and repeat.
Put extra nuts and chocolate on top. Leave it to sit for several hours. This cake becomes very light and tasty. Bon Appetit!
