How to cook
Cherries are washed and cleaned of pits. Pour them into a bowl and add 2-3 tablespoons of flour and 2-3 tablespoons of sugar. Stir carefully.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, add sugar, then successively while stirring add the cooking oil, milk and lemon juice. Mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla and add them in parts to the egg mixture. Stir well, until you get a uniform mixture. Put aside 1 cup, which is stained with the cocoa.
Oil the cake form and pour in the light mixture, then arrange the cherries on top and on top of them, the cocoa mixture. Place in the middle grill of a preheated oven.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 329°F (165 °C), by checking with a toothpick for readiness. After cooling, the cake is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
