How to cook
Remove the meat and let it drain. Pour out the majority of the oil from the pan, to only have about 2 tablespoons left. Sauté the chopped onion, green pepper, garlic, cashews and bamboo tips in it. Allow it to fry for about 3 minutes, add the meat and stir.
To prepare the sweet and sour sauce, mix all the ingredients for it and put them to cook on the stove for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the prepared sauce over the pork and stew it on the stove for a few more minutes.
