Beat the egg with the sugar, oil, yoghurt with the baking soda extinguished in it and the vanilla. Gradually add the flour and stir until homogeneous.
Finally, gently mix in the blueberries into the blend. Preheat the oven to 356°F (180 °C) and prepare about 12 muffin cups. Fill them with the mixture, but not all the way to the top.
Bake the blueberry muffins for about 20 minutes.
