How to cook
Shred the broccoli into florets and blanch them for 10 minutes in boiling water with 1 tablespoon vinegar. Drain the broccoli.
Heat the butter in a pot or skillet with a wide bottom and fry the flour. Stirring constantly, add the 2 types of cream, mixed together in advance. Add the broccoli, stir, add sliced processed cheese and spices and after a few seconds, remove it from the heat.
Serve with a little grated cheese. Optionally, you can pour it into a baking dish and bake it.
