Crumble the biscuits finely, but do not grind them. Sprinkle them with milk.
Separately, beat half the butter and powdered sugar into a fluffy cream and add the cocoa, egg yolk, rum and orange zest. Separately, melt the crumbled chocolate with the remaining butter, allow it to cool and add it in. Then gently mix with the beaten into snow cream.
