"A potato casserole with mushrooms, zucchini, eggs, bacon and a cheese crust."

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • zucchini - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • bacon - 9 oz (250 g) sliced thinly
  • eggs - 3
  • milk - 1 cup
  • vegetable spice
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper
  • spices - to taste

How to cook

Slice the potatoes into thin round slices and fry them in a deep fryer until almost ready, fry the zucchini the same way, blanch the sliced mushrooms as well.

In a tray, pour a little oil and on the bottom, place a layer of potatoes, then the sliced bacon, next the zucchini, then mushrooms on top. On top of them place thin slices of cheese and put potatoes again on the very top.

Sprinkle the dish with spices and pour the milk that's been mixed with the eggs over everything. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
