Ingredients

  • pork ribs - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • water - 4/5 cup (175 ml) + 1 cup (220 ml)
  • wine vinegar - 1/3 cup (75 ml)
  • ketchup - 1 cup
  • apple cider vinegar - 1/2 cup
  • worcestershire sauce - 1/3 cup
  • mustard - 1/4 cup
  • butter - 4 tablespoons
  • brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • chili - 1 tsp, sauce
  • salt

How to cook

Prepare a large tray, place the ribs in and pour on 4/5 cup (175 ml) of water, mixed with the wine vinegar. Cover the tray with foil and put them to bake for 45 minutes. Then remove the foil, brush the ribs with the sauces.

Mix all the remaining products, put them to come to a boil and simmer for about an hour on low heat.

Heat a grill, brush the ribs with the sauce on one side and put them on the heating element for 8 minutes on that side. Then brush the other sides and flip them over to grill those sides too.
