How to cook
Put the chicken in a greased tray and smear it with plenty of olive oil. Add 2/5 cup (100 ml) of wine into the tray and put it to bake at 356°F (180 °C) until ready. At the end, it will form an aromatic and crispy crust.
This is a classic Italian recipe for roast chicken. You can serve the roasted chicken with garlic and lemon with a garnish as desired.
