Make the pancakes with minimal amounts of oil. Prepare the pudding with a bit of the milk, boil the rest with sugar to taste and then add it in, allow to boil until fully thickened.
Lay out a wide bowl with foil and wet it. Arrange the products in the following order: lots of pudding, pancake, fruits, while making sure that the edges of the pancakes do not touch the bowl. Finish off with a pancake covered with a little cream, this will be the base of the cake.
Put the bowl in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours, and once the pudding has tightened, invert the bowl carefully onto a cake plate. Peel off the foil from the top of the pudding.
Prepare the confectionery cream, spread it over the cake and decorate it with fruits. Leave it for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
