  • dough - 12.5 oz (350 g) ready - made, for pizza
  • tomato paste - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • salt
  • basil
  • oregano
  • roquefort - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mozzarella - 4.5 oz (130 g)
  • smoked cheese - to taste
  • cheese - 4.5 oz (120 g)


Spread the dough out in a thin sheet in a floured tray with a non-stick coating. Spread the sheet with plenty of tomato paste and sprinkle it with some spices. Put it to bake for 5-10 minutes in a hot oven.

Remove and add the grated cheese and mozzarella, blue cheese, smoked cheese, cut into slices, on top. Sprinkle with some oregano and basil again. Optionally, add some olives.

Put the pizza to bake in moderate oven, heated to about 410°F (210 °C) for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melts and gains a slight tan.find similar recipes here
