Clean and salt the fish and then rub it with black pepper. Cut all the vegetables into circles, peeling the potatoes in advance.
Arrange them in a greased oven dish, at the bottom put the onions, then potatoes, then tomatoes. Between the layers, sprinkle with some spices.
Put the fish on top, sprinkle it with crushed garlic, pour all the wine and some warm water in. Finally, brush the fish with a little oil.
Cover it with foil, make a few small holes in it with a needle and put everything to bake in a hot oven for 40-50 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake to a slight tan. Serve with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
