Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 2
  • peppers - 2, roasted, red
  • onions - 1/2 head
  • eggs - 2, boiled
  • white cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • yoghurt - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to cook

Cut the onion and tomato into pieces and the peppers into oblong slices.

Mix them in a bowl, sprinkle them with the boiled eggs that you've crumbled, and season with oil and spices. On top, add 2 tablespoons yoghurt, the crumbled feta cheese and serve.
